Perfluorochemicals(PFCs), as a kind of new type of organic pollutants, since the compound has amounted to hundreds species, Perfluorooctane Sulfonate compounds(PFOS) and Perfluorooctanoic Acid(PFOA) as theirs stable physical and chemical properties and excellent surface activity, has got a broader range of applications in the global range, but the pollution of PFOS and PFOA are also nots allow to be ignored. Especially over the past 20 years, in the water, soil, air, plants, a variety of food and packagings, animal and human bodies and other environmental medium were detected the existence of PFOS and PFOA; and toxicology studies have shown that PFOS and PFOA are potentially carcinogenic, nerve defect and deformity development, visceral injury and many kinds of hormone secretion disorder symptoms toxicity, has caused wide public concern. Solid-phase extraction(SPE) were set up, the before treatment and methanol neutral PFOS and PFOA extraction method, and the water of high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS), the detection limit and recovery of the method are to meet the requirement of the analysis of environmental samples. In xinjiang is typical of PFOS and PFOA content in water environment is extremely detailed analysis has been done for the source and tending towards.Including River Ulungur, River Manasi, River Trim, Lake Ulungur, Lake Bosten and eight main reservoirs across River Manasi were selected as the typical water environment in Xinjiang. The occerence and trend of PFOS and PFOA were studied and the sources of the two compounds were discussed as well.Of the three major rivers, PFOS and PFOA content of River Manasi is the highest, the second is River Trim and River Ulungur; for the two above lakes, the characters of PFOS and PFOA overall pollution degree in Lake Bosten is higher than Lake Ulungur; PFOS and PFOA content of eight main reservoirs across River Manasi, the Mogou lake is far higher than other reservoirs, also is the highest in all water environment in this study at the same time, the rest of the reservoirs of PFOS and PFOA content is higher than the overall research of rivers and lakes.The research results of the water environment, found that overall detection rate is lower than PFOA, PFOS and contamination of PFOS and PFOA wireless sexual relations, between the combination of the water environment and its surrounding industrial and agricultural distribution, population density, the manas river and river basin of 8 reservoirs belong to the rich industrial zone, River Ulungur, river tarim and lake Ulungur belongs to underdeveloped areas or no industrial area, contrast of PFOS and PFOA, industrial zone of water environment pollution of PFOS and PFOA levels significantly higher than the industry underdeveloped areas or no industrial area, concluded that industry is the main source of PFOS and PFOA pollution, and its pollution degree is higher than agriculture.This research results help to our country related departments and researchers in the xinjiang region of PFOS and PFOA in typical pollution and surface water levels and pollution status quo, for PFOS and PFOA in xinjiang is a typical water environment pollution situation of the related risk assessment and pollution source analysis to provide data support, to control the pollution sources of PFOS and PFOA provided the scientific basis.
