In electrochemical polymerization(EP) methods, the monomers are electrochemically oxidized or reduced at the interface between electrolyte solution and electrode, and then the coupling reaction occurs among the radical monomers with deposition of the polymer film onto the electrode. It’s character is simple, low cost, the structure properties is controllable and directional deposition. By using electrodeposition method to preparation organic electroluminescent film can effectively reduce the cost of the preparation of OLED and on preparation of the large size of the OLED, it has very obvious advantages, will be helpful for the application and popularization of OLED. But current the electrodeposition method preparation of organic light-emitting film also has a lot of the technical difficulties, such as how to combined electrodeposition technology with TFT active substrate, realize pattern. And The influence factors of film performance also need in-depth cognition.Cyclic voltammetry(CV) curve is used to record the Changes in real time between electric current and electric potential of sedimentary system. After the loop scanning signal input, the circuit formed by working electrode and the auxiliary electrode will record the current real-time.It is the most commonly used methods in the study of electrochemical properties. On electrodeposition process of cyclic voltammetry(CV) curve to carry on the numerical simulation is helpful to study the reaction mechanism of electrodeposition process, studies each reaction parameters and experimental parameters on the changes in the CV curves, and analyzes its effect on the film-forming process, finally the simulation program of electrodeposition technology as a tool, can pass parameters to adjust to predict the result of the experiment to design a reasonable experimental plan, can greatly save the time cost and manpower cost.First, this paper regard OCBzC as electrical aggregation precursor,study it’s kinetics process of polymerization reaction when it electrodeposition on ITO. This paper established the first two laps I- E curve model of cyclic voltammetry scanning, and the simulation data and experimental data meet very well. And by adjusting the kinetic parameters to analyze the changing rule of the simulated curve, we can explanation the polymerization mechanism better. Through the simulation model I can extract a series of the middle of the reaction kinetic parameters that can’t extract through the experiments. Through the change regulation of CV curve follow the change of experimental parameters, I can predict the change trend, on the later experiment. It have the effect of prediction results and experiment plan design.In order to realize the combination of active substrate and electrodeposition process, the first thing to prove the feasibility of the TFT access electrochemical system. This study through the analysis of the experimental circuit system and TFT output performance in the circuit proved that the combination of TFT with electrochemical deposition process can be implemented. Were introduced in this paper through the active substrate control implementation panchromatic pattern of OLED preparation principle, and designed a set of active substrate preparation mask template figure for electrodeposition experiment scheme. This mask template figure can be used to preparation a variety of experimental scheme of substrate for electrodeposition, can study the effect of micro electrode size of electrodeposition effect, Width and length ratio of on the electrodeposition effect, 1T and 2T1 C circuit on the electrodeposition effect, also includes the preparation of small size array OLED. Is established numerical analysis model considering the role of driving TFT, and combine the technology of TFT and TFT affordable grid voltage and other issues, put forward optimization solution how to realize using TFT control electrodeposition organic light-emitting film.
