| Reasonable rolling schedule can improve product quality, reduce wear and tear on the mill and extend the service life of mill. Proper PID parameters of cold rolling APC system can improve the control accuracy and productivity of the mill. This dissertation mainly research optimization of tandem cold rolling schedule and PID control parameters tuning in APC system. The main works is as follows:For the problem that it is hard to balance convergence and distribution for multi-objective particle swarm optimization, this paper introduces the parallel coordinate policy to analyze convergence and distribution of particles in the external archive. The analysis results guide population to update position and velocity. Simultaneously, individual disturbance particle is added to make the algorithm jump out of local optimum. This paper chooses to prevent slipping and balance load distribution as the objective function. The improved multi-objective particle swarm algorithm is applied to optimization of tandem cold rolling schedule, which can obtain a set of optimal solutions. Through simulation, the solutions obtained by this algorithm are much better than the original procedure, and which can improve products quality, reduce wear and tear on the mill.A dynamic multi-objective particle swarm algorithm based on multi-particle leadership strategy is proposed to track Pareto frontier rapidly in different environments. This algorithm guide population close to the real frontier by selecting several leading global optimum particles according to the information of optimal solutions rapidly and evenly. Environmental changing detection operator is adopted to detect whether environmental changed. Then dynamic multi-objective particle swarm algorithm based on multi-particle leadership strategy is applied to PID control parameters tuning in APC system, which can re-tune a new set of optimized PID control parameters when the APC system environment changed. This method improves the control accuracy and productivity of the mill.Finally, this paper summarizes the contents of this paper, pointes out the innovation and indicates the directions of further research. |
