Environmental pollution is increasingly serious, dust pollution increasingly arouses people’s attention. Spray axial flow fan can effectively reduce the dust concentration in the air, so as to make the dust haze reduced. The performance of axial flow fan is very important. The axial flow fan of external motor has a few good features, such as big air volume, smooth airflow, far spray distance and high efficiency, so it has been widely used in the industry.The model of impeller and motor bracket is reconstructed by the reverse engineering, so as to improve the accuracy of the numerical simulation. The CFD numerical simulation analysis is mainly used for airflow field of the axial flow fan, the spray distance and the efficiency of the fan are the evaluation indexes, simple variable method analysis is carried on several important parameters of the collector, such as blade installation angle, blade number, guide vane number and the exit diameter of chimney fan. Analyze the influence of various factors on the spray distance and efficiency, and provide certain guiding significance to create a many-to-many database with the next lay theoretical basis for further.The purpose of the subject is to search for the best parameter combination of the fan and chimney fan, so as to make the spray distance farther and the efficiency highest, which solves the problem of multi-objective optimization. Using A fitting of the mapping relationship between axial flow fan of the two evaluation indexes and four parameters of the collector. On this basis, using neural network in genetic algorithm and Obtained the optimal structure of the axial flow fan and chimney fan.
