As a kind of regional water environment investigation and monitoring method, remote sensing technology is paid more and more attention to. In order to achieve water quality remote sensing monitoring, one has to establish an inversion model of water quality parameters by choosing measured data of ground water quality parameters and data of remote sensing bands to make mathematical analyses, according to spectral characteristics, experience and statistic analyses of water quality parameters. In order to improve the accuracy and speed and make big range monitoring and evaluation of lake’s eutrophication, this paper measured the spectrum and analysis the water sample in Guiyang Baihua Lake. Through the study of the normalization of water spectral reflectance, the first and second order spectrum processing, diagnosis the single band、band ratio of each water quality parameters of sensitive wave bands, to establish the hyperspectral quantitative model, and than make sure the relationship between spectral reflectance and the concentration of water quality parameter, combined with comprehensive nutrition state index method(TLI) to evaluate the entrophication of water. It turns out that, it’s suitable to use hyperspectral remote sensing to monitor water quality, and we determine the sensitive bands-699nm、823nm、399nm、563nm、504nm for Chl-a、TP、TN、SD、CODMn. The effect of the model with sensitive brand is very good, the estimating model of R2, respectively is 0.8276, 0.7711, 0.7917, 0.9213, 0.8328. The results showed that the Baiha Lake is in moderate eutrophic state.
