As widely as the heavy metals have been applied in our daily life, the excessive content of heavy metal ions in commodity, especially in children’s clothing and toys, have much influence on people’s health. Harmful heavy metal ions such as chromium(VI), lead(II), and zinc(II) may have very serious effects on the body, or even fatal. International organizations and national governmental agencies have strict supervision on the heavy metals in commodity, and some corresponding regulations have been enacted. The relevant limit conditions and determination methods can be found in GB T 22807-2008、GB T 17593.3-2006 and GB T 28019-2011.The project intends to combine nanotechnology and ion imprinted technology, the mesoporous material as a solid support surface ion imprinting technique, to prepare the novel ion imprinted mesoporous materials for determine the trace amounts of heavy metals by ICP-AES detection. At the same time, the detection limit and the detection time-consuming were greatly reduced with some theoretical guidance for the detection of heavy metal ions in commodities.Three main research contents are included in this paper shown as follows.1. Synthesis of Cr(III) adsorbent material: with a strong coordination role of the doublepyrazolyl group modified mesoporous SBA-15, a new organic-inorganic composite material had been prepared. The new materials had been characterized and analyzed, and was confirmed that the dual-pyrazol-functional groups on mesoporous SBA-15 was surface-modified, remained the morphology of mesoporous structure of SBA-15.2. Synthesis of Pb(II) ion imprinted polymer: with the lead ion as the template ion and double pyrazole containing double nitrogen structure as the function of the ligand, loading the surface of mesoporous SBA-15, MCM-41, FDU-12 materials by reacting with 3-isocyanate propyl triethoxysilane, the three novel Pb(II)-SBA-15, Pb(II)-MCM-41, Pb(II)-FDU-12 lead ion imprinted materials were prepared, and their structures were also characterized.3. Study on the adsorption property for the two kinds of ion imprinted polymers: for the Cr(III)adsorbent material, at p H = 6.0, the room temperature for 30 minutes, a solution of the trivalent chromium could be adsorbed saturated, the maximum adsorption capacity was 72.5mg /g, with strong anti-interference ionic and excellent selectivity characteristics. Three kinds of lead ion imprinted adsorbent materials mixed with some ions in solution of lead ion showed that materialshad the strong selectivity performance, and the anti-interference property. In particular, antijamming performance significantly better than not blot DPP-SBA-15. Under optimum p H environment, Pb(II)-MCM-41 had a maximum adsorption capacity reached 272.1mg/g, the maximum adsorption capacity of Pb(II)-SBA-15 was 193.2mg/g, and Pb(II)-FDU-12 was only25.5mg/g.
