| Cold pad-Batch Dyeing(CBD) is a semi-continuous production process that in between the impregnation production and Continuous pad dyeing. Currently, Cold pad-Batch Dyeing is mainly applied on the Cotton Fabric processing, meanwhile the equipment and technology is relatively mature in the woven fabrics. In term of the differentiation of structures of woven fabric and knitted fabric, the choices of the electrical control equipment and the associated dyes, which is also a technical challenge that obstructs the application of CBD on knitting fabric, would be different as well. The improvement of the quality of dyeing production is a multi-factors system project that has the tension controlling as a vital part. Thus, the increasing of the tension controlling on knitting fabric Cold pad-Batch Dyeing machine can lead a further reduction of cost.In this article, the discussion mainly focus on the process and composition of Cold pad-Batch Dyeing machine, analyzing the performance of the knitting product and the features of Cold pad-Batch Dyeing, dividing the Cold pad-Batch Dyeing machine into cloth feed cooling unit, dyeing unit and the winding unit in order to determine the design for different unit on the tension controlling. Based on the different requirements of units on the tension controlling, the applying of different control patterns depend on different tension processes can lead to the best combination due to the mixture of both passive and negative tension controlling.Aiming at solving the problem on tension controlling of Cold pad-Batch Dyeing machine, we conducted the dynamic-mechanics analyzing for each unit along with building the tension controlling model, which is more suitable for dynamic non-linear system fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm to achieve the tension controlling. To ensure the stability of dyeing, we use the cloth feed cooling of knitting fabric Cold pad-Batch and dyeing unit of Dyeing machine to do a constant tension controlling with High Performance AC vector inverter and tension sensor. Winding unit generate High Performance AC vector inverter and tension sensor to insure the stability of the internal strain of the slot.Matlab/Simulink are used to have experiments for all units of tension controlling system, which returned the tension response and the response curve of the speed, analyzed the rationality of controlling algorithm and controlling model, the Matlab/GUI implemented the simulation curve of the multiple-units of knitting fabric Cold pad-Batch dyeing and real time displaying of the parameter on the GUI. Through the simulation experiment and design of UI provide a theoretical reference for further research of knitting fabric Cold pad-Batch dyeing system. |
