Vibratory feeding technology has been mature. However, there is still no effective and professional instrument to explain the principle of the vibratory feeding. Although the lab has developed a vibratory feeding teaching instrument, it also has many problems, such as bulky, unregulating, unstable. Therefore, a stable vibratory feeding teaching system needs to be designed, which is used to demonstrate the application and the working principle of vibratory feeding.Firstly, a vibratory measurement system is built to provide the entrance for the design of vibratory feeding teaching instrument. Secondly, the structure is optimized based on the results of the test and analysis. Thirdly, a model of the pats transmission status is made, then this article conducts studies on the method for solving transcendental equations and uses MATLAB to simulate the above pats transmission speed model. Fourthly, a control systemis designed, PID control method of the system is studied and PID control parameters suitable for this system are obtained for constructing a closed-loop feedback contol system. Finally, a experiment platform is built to test the improved results and analyze the influence of different parameters on parts transmission speed.Through the above researches, the detection method of vibratory feeding stability is proposed. And an innovative vibratory feeding system for teaching purpose is designed, which includes the demo device of industry application and demo device of working principle. Then the method of solving transcendental equation is obtained, including the numerical methods and functions in the optimization toolbox, and the relationship between parts transmission speed and vibration parameters is built. Last but not least, through experiments, the reliability of the optimal design and the correctness of the kinematics model of parts is veridied.
