PDM(Positive Displacement Motor) drilling is one of the most widely used tools in industial drilling production.The effective measurement of the PDM drill operating parameters could greatly improve the reliability and the operability of drilling instruments, and could also improve the working efficiency to meet more drilling demand.The main work of this thesis is to design a measurement module, to measure the operating temperature,the time,the relative speed and the absolute speed of the PDM drill.The thesis firstly introduced the placement of the PDM drill operating parameter measurement module through the analysis of the PDM drill structure and the causes of failure.The measurement module is installed in the part of the falling protection unit to measure the parameters of the PDM drill.Then this thesis is expounded how to design and improve the measurement module from two aspects of hardware and software.The AduC848 micontroller is the core if the module,which could perfectly storage the data of the temperature,time,relative speed and the absolute speed.Finally, the thesis indicated how to do the ground simulation test.The ground simulation test system is used to measure the operating parameters simulating the underground environment.In this system, permanent magnet servo motor is used to drive the falling protection unit and the measurement module gets operating parameters at different speeds.By testing and data analysis, the measurement module achieved better test results for future analysis of downhole drill...
