The 3D physical simulation equipment of high temperature and high pressure is a large indoor physical simulation test system, its main function is to research the seepage law and microwave mechanism of complicated replacing system under reservoir formation conditions(high temperature, high pressure).The fluid distribution of physical model is very important for the displacement test. The purpose of this project is to design an ultrasound field test platform for the 3D physical simulation equipment, using ultrasound to monitor the fluid distribution during the displacement test.Firstly, according to the main technical parameters of 3D physical simulation equipment, specifically the indicators and the main function of the ultrasound field test platform, and then determine the overall design of the ultrasound field test platform.Then using virtual instrument technique with Lab VIEW2012 graphical software development platform and PXI modular hardware platform to designs the software system and hardware system. And achieving the automation of the test process. The overall design planed to arranged 20 pairs of ultrasonic transducers uniformly around the model, and use one transmit one receive(or one transmit multiple receive) to scan the model, then according the receiving signal of each probe to compute the propagation velocity and attenuation coefficient, finally getting the fluid distribution by inversion. The hardware system design includes ultrasound generating unit, ultrasound receiver unit and hardware part of computer main control unit. With soft hardware, the ultrasound field test platform can achieve multiple modules synchronization, high speed data acquisition and transmission.Finally, according to the pre-test, determine the best type, the optimum pulse width and the best last cycles of excitation signal, it provides the experimental basis for core sound field test.
