Oil production has been looking for a low cost, high output, the world’s major oil companies and researchers are trying to study and test for this. With the mining of each big oilfield, producing energy has been reduced, resulting in the mining process, need to fill water to the oil and gas Wells to supplement the energy to keep formation pressure. Until now, there are two main types of water injection mode, traditional water injection is throw out type water injection, the cost of throw out type water injection is high and people can not grasp the downhole information. Another water injection is layered water injection. Layered water injection has obvious advantages. Therefore, the study of layered water injection technology is of great significance, and the water distributor is one of the key equipment of layered water injection technology.This topic designs planar and three-dimensional of water distributor through the CDA/SolidWorks software. Establish water distributor flow model through Fluent Pretreatment software in this paper, and set the boundary conditions according to actual situation. Using Fluent software to analyze flow field simulation, analyze internal pressure and speed distribution rule of the water distributor through a large number of simulation of different water mouth and different water mouth cooperate form, and optimize the structure, and study the affect of water mouth to the performance of the water distributor. For the real-time throttling water distributor, first of all, analyze the structure and principle of the water distributor, and establish mathematical model based on the principle, then using Simulink software to carry on the dynamic simulation, get each chamber pressure and displacement result of the regulator valve core, analyze the affect of different spring stiffness parameters to the performance of the water distributor, and analyze the steady flow of water distributor performance in the step type pressure input signal case. Finally, carry on the actual test of the water distributor, set up test process, design test data acquisition interface.
