| Pseudomonas aeruginosa could produce abundant extracellular actives,such as rhamnolipid can promote the degradation of hydrocarbon, other extracellular secretion was not reported at aspect. The degradation of alkanes by pseudomonas aeruginosa NY3 is related to the quantity of Seed liquid. Thus, The degradation rate on alkanes degradation by pseudomonas aeruginosa NY3 may be related to its extracellular secretions.This paper reveals the influence of extracellular secretions except the rhamnolipid to the degradation of alkanes by pseudomonas aeruginosa NY3.This research has theoretical and practical significance for the deep understanding of metabolic mechanism of refractory organic matter.We use NY3 bacteria to degrade single hydrocarbon and petroleum hydrocarbons by means of uv spectra, the research methods such as GC, flight mass spectrometry and obtain the following results in this paper.(1)NY3 bacteria grow in LB medium and its the secretion of extracellular substance have promoting effect in the degradation of hydrocarbon, especially for long chain hydrocarbon. This role is mainly in early which can promote cell quickly adapt to the new environment. When adding the extracted from two kinds of cultures of macromolecular and small molecular active matter, the degradation rate on alkanes can be improved.(2)NY3 can secrete a certain surface activity of the protein molecular in the two kinds of medium. Mass spectrum identification results show that NY3 bacteria can secrete small molecules active such as pyocyanin, phenazine- 1- amide phenazine,different luo oxazine series compounds 1-3-2-6, 7-2 methyl isopropyl luo oxazine(square one flavin) and 1-3-2-6, 7- dimethyl- 10- methyl- luo lamictal in the two kinds of medium, LB medium secrete more phenazine- 1 – amide and "Cetane +inorganic salt medium" secrete more cough up oxazine class of small molecules.(3)The system of Glutaric acid, amino butyric acid, sodium lactate, sodium pyruvate have more cells than the of tetradecane degrading system. Glutaric acid can promote the secretion of pyocyanin. So the presence of glutaric acid can make the unit of tetradecane degradation rate increased by 1.15 times in 20 hours.(4)Pyocyanin from Glutaric acid system can increase the redox active of the power flow of active material, Pyocyanin participate in the electron transport system of oxidoreductase, Therefore, The degradation rete of alkanes by pseudomonas aeruginosa NY3 increased by 39% and make bacteria crude enzyme liquid redox enzyme activity of the biggest increased by 89.6% in 20 hours. |
