Humus is a kind of organic polymer mixture with stable properties and complex structure. The main components of humic acid and fulvic acid. In garbage percolate and filtrate this component of complex medium, there are a lot of humus and their existence is filtrate chroma of the main factors affecting the diffusion and garbage percolate and filtrate organic carbon of main components and difficult to degrade. In a lot of studies, this type of humus is called "artificial". The formation cause and composition of this kind of humus are more complex. They have a strong resistance to biodegradation, but also bear the function of providing biological nutrients. Microorganisms are the driving forces behind the transformation and mineralization of humus. However, the role and function of humic acid and fulvic acid in landfill leachate are still not clear. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to study the characteristics of humic acid and the composition of the fulvic acid under the action of microorganisms in landfill leachate, and to provide technical support for the practical treatment. In this paper, the influence of infiltration filtrate carbon source, dilution degree and adding microbiological analysis on effects of humic acid and fulvic acid number, photochemical properties and the HA/FA in landfill leachate seepage of leachate in different indigenous microorganisms. This research mainly obtains the following research results:1, The solid waste from processing center to retrieve the garbage leachate diluted 20 percent after adding four additional carbon source, respectively is: starch, sucrose, glucose, cellulose and its preparation blank samples were compared. After a period of time on a shaker culture, the infiltration filtrate bacteria were isolated and purified, and authenticity of the repeated test test bacteria exist, after the separation and purification of cell preservation stand-by. The humic acid was extracted from landfill leachate, and the value of humic acid was isolated. The carbon source affected the composition and chemical properties of the humus, and the indigenous microorganisms were different in the formation and transformation of humus. Than the rich, and also has the biggest change in quantity: add glucose samples of humic acid and fulvic acid number, there are obviously improved; the addition of other carbon source samples of humic acid and fulvic acid content increased significantly, plus carbon source promotes the humic acid and fulvic acid formation in the structure and optical and chemical properties in the external carbon source and dissolved oxygen, fulvic acid and humic acid of E4 / E6 values have increased significantly, indicating that the external carbon source, the fulvic acid and humic acid oxidation degree of aromatization of low; in the external carbon source under Hu also increases, indicating that the external carbon source makes humus activity and quality improved.2, After the landfill leachate indigenous microorganisms were isolated and purified, sp.1 Bacillus; SP.2 Bacillus; sp.3 Bacillus; sp.4 Pseudomonas; Pseudomonas; sp.5 these 5 strains, but in a state of inhibition; On landfill leachate in the composition and properties of humus of different strains are also different, each strain of metabolic conditions are not the same, of course, microbial filtrate humus formation transformation does not depend on a certain microorganisms, but a variety of microbial mutual effect results of infiltration. Overall, these 5 kinds of bacteria play a major role in the process of the transformation of humus, and the formation of the individual species in the humus fractions also played a role in promoting the formation of the.3, The leachate diluted with water culture shock chroma decreased significantly; the indigenous microorganisms in humus formation and the role of different in number, compared with the original leachate, adding indigenous microorganisms in samples of HA and FA content decreased significantly, to expand the sample of indigenous microorganisms cultured in humus in the decreased with the increase of the dosage, the degradation rate also began to increase, in 80%, 60%, 50%, 40%, 20%, microbial biomass, degradation of humic acid corresponding rate is respectively 51.01, 42.99, 39, 31.55, 24.94; in 80%, 60%, 50%, 40%, 20% microorganisms the amount of fulvic acid, the degradation rate of the corresponding respectively is: 31.18, 27.24, 31.35, 24.16, 23.41; in the leachate of indigenous microorganisms in high concentration after the input, of humus in landfill leachate degradation; in structure and photochemical properties, after increasing the concentration of indigenous microorganisms, humic acid and fulvic acid oxidation degree and aromatic structure degree are improved; also HA/FA in the expansion of the landfill in the filtrate of indigenous microbial culture also increased, also shows that the improve the garbage leachate indigenous microbial concentration, the permeability of humus in the filtrate activity and improve the quality.
