| Gansu Province is located in the center of northwest area, which is the important ecological barrier in the northwest even in the whole country, and whose local climatic has big differences, and ecological environment is complex and diverse. At the same time, Gansu Province is economically underdeveloped provinces in China, whose natural ecological environment is fragile, part of the regional atmospheric environment has outstanding problems, atmospheric environmental protection foundation ability construction is relatively weak, the development of environmental protection also has a certain distance with the developed provinces. Therefore, doing a good job in the construction of ecological civilization, improving the air quality of the environment, not only has a very important significance to promote the economic and social development of Gansu Province, but also has a very important influence on the sustainable development of the whole country.This paper chose 14 city and state environmental monitoring stations in Gansu province to carry out routine monitoring of atmospheric environmental quality related to people’s life,used the method of air comprehensive pollution index, pollutant load, Daniel trend test and so on and selected sulfur dioxide(SO2), nitrogen dioxide(NO2), inhalable particulate matter(PM10) three air pollution factors, based on the environmental monitoring data of 2005-2014, to analyze the change trend of air quality in 14 cities and prefectures including Lan zhou,Jin chang,Tian shui,Bai yin,Jia yuguanin,Qing yang,Ping liang,Long nan,Wu wei,Ding xi,Zhang ye,Jiu quan,Lin xia,He zuo in Gansu province. Analysis of Spearman rank correlation coefficient of 14 urban pollution comprehensive indicate that during 10 years, Lanzhou, Tianshui, Jinchang City, Zhangye City comprehensive pollution index was significantly decreased, urban ambient air condition obvious change for the better, Jiuquan, Linxia city is rising trend, urban air pollution present situation of increasing year by year, the rest of the city without significant changes. In addition, the special of the provincial capital of Lanzhou City and Jinchang city of Hexi area is a key environmental protection cities we had done exhaustive research, and made the analysis and evaluation of the two cities 2005-2014 10 years of air quality change trend.Comprehensive index of pollution in Lanzhou City, the highest is in 2006 and the lowest is in 2014. Overall, 2010-2014 years of nearly five years of pollution comprehensive index is less than 2005-2009. The overall index of pollution composite index showed a downward trend in the 10 years from 2010 to 2014,and the comprehensive index of pollution in Lanzhou city decreased obviously. Comprehensive index of pollution in Jinchang City, the highest is in 2006 and the lowest is in 2011. Overall, the ambient air condition has improved in 2005-2011, but from 2011 to 2014, the comprehensive index of pollution in Jinchang city showed a slow upward trend.There are four main factors affecting the environment of Gansu province: 1.geographical and meteorological factors: the region of Gansu province is narrow and long, near the desert, long dry and little rain, sparse vegetation. Also in some cities of Gansu Province is surrounded by mountains, air flow resistance is poor, is not conducive to the diffusion and dilution of pollutants; 2.the energy structure factors: Gansu Province coal consumption has increased year by year, and clean energy although there is an increase in. However, the percentage of total energy consumption ratio is still low; 3.the industrial emission factors; 4.traffic pollution factors.The conclusions of this paper can be for all levels of government and the competent department of environmental protection environmental management in Gansu Province to provide scientific basis and also for “the 13 th Five-year†environmental protection work to lay a good foundation.. |
