Ginkgo biloba leaves contains a lots of flavonoids. In order to better explore the extracting method of total flavonoids of ginkgo biloba and study their antioxidant effect, we use ultrasonic auxiliary water and ethanol as solvent, flavonoid yield as the index, on the basis of single factor experiment with four factors three levels of response surface group legal(CCD) optimization of the main process parameters. The best extraction condition for: extraction temperature 80 ℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1:35, 60 min extraction time, ethanol volume fraction of 60%, under the condition of the flavonoids yield of 38.46 mg/g. For extraction of flavonoids from ginkgo biloba leaves are oxidation experiments show that the hydroxyl free radicals, superoxide anion, nitrite and DPPH free radicals were strong scavenging effect, and increase with the increase of adding amount, flavonoids of ginkgo biloba extract with Vc has good synergistic antioxidant effect.
