Because the rubber material has not compressibility and viscoelastic properties, and there is a double nonlinear, its mechanical properties and physical properties are very complex, analysis of metal material mechanics method can not completely applied to rubber material, need a large number of experimental studies to the rubber to test the performance of rubber materials.In recent years, most of the researchers at home and abroad have tested the performance of rubber components by uniaxial tensile test. The performance of rubber was analyzed separately by using the experimental data of uniaxial tension, it is not enough to fully understand all the mechanical properties of the rubber components. In order to test the performance of rubber components, the basic mechanical experiments including plane tension and biaxial tension are needed to obtain sufficient experimental data.The research progress of the multi axis of rubber materials is slow, and it is at the beginning stage in China. In the past, the test of rubber components is too single, the research significance of this paper is: to provide a new experimental research methods and data analysis for the research of rubber materials. International universal biaxial tensile device can only equal biaxial tensile test and biaxial tensile specimen processing is complex, does not apply to small laboratory use, based on this, this paper designed a biaxial tensile device and biaxial tensile specimens.Experimental study of rubber materials, enriched the research methods in the field of rubber materials. In this paper, the samples were made of natural rubber, and the results were analyzed by uniaxial tension, plane tension test and biaxial tension test. |
