In this thesis, phenolic glass fiber plastic molding process. Based on these characteristics, a particular model of our units ten- an elastomer, the use of the materials, and high dimensional stability and accuracy requirements of the parts, you need to have a certain appropriate tensile strength in product inspection to static pressure experiments, the experimental destructive testing, to improve the stability of product quality, cost savings.Through the molding process, the on crowded feed screw, improved granulation times and the adjustment of the molding process parameters determine, has a very important significance to further improve the size and stability of the static experiments, reduce costs.
