Double Rocker five-axis gantry machine is one of the key processing equipment for machinery manufacturing industry.This paper has developed a number of error compensation function and highly versatile post-processor to meet production needs, for five-axis machine-made double swing post-processing research shortage situation. And through virtual simulation and physical processing and other tests to verify the correctness of postprocessors.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Post-processing algorithms to derive five-axis machine toolsXH2420 double swing axis CNC machining center by X, Y, Z three linear axes and A, C constitute two rotary axes. This article has been double swing XH2420 five-axis machine tool post-processing algorithms by analyzing the structure of the machine’s motion to establish the kinematic equations and solved.(2)Precision compensation algorithm is derivedTo improve the smoothness of the surface machining accuracy and machining, the need for secondary derivation based on the traditional post-processing algorithm, in order to enable the tooling rotation error compensation and non-linear error compensation. Meanwhile XH2420 based machine control system with RTCP function, it is also necessary for post-processing algorithms to be adjusted accordingly, in order to be able to achieve the RTCP function control in post-processing system.(3)Design and development of post-processing systemPost-processing system is complete cutter location file decoding and NC program compiled kernel. Its design and development capabilities include transcoding, format correction precision compensation to make up for the traditional single function, post-processing system, the applicability of the low, poor interaction problems. This article will first cutter location file according to the rules of character statement, syntax, grammar analysis, and in accordance with the format requirements of CNC machining pretreatment system; then processed according to the actual needs, add the appropriate compensation accuracy in post-processing system; finalize cutter location file to convert NC machining program and save the output to achieve.In this paper, five-axis machining techniques, post-processing technology, digital processing technology, CAD / CAM software, simulation processing technology and software development of the domestic double swing five-axis machine tools for research and development of the subsequent processors. The research projects for post-processing technology development and improve universal five-axis machining precision provides a reference, has practical significance and reference. |
