Construction Procedure Research For Pipeline And Piping Of CO₂-EOR Oil & Gas Field

According to the requirement of the revised plan for Enterprise Standard, CNPC, 2013,the test and research of construction procedure for gathering pipeline and plant piping of CO₂-EOR oil & gas field was started to finalize the construction procedure and related technical Specification..The article discussed the technical specification of construction for CO₂-EOR oil & gas field station process piping and gathering pipeline, researched CO₂-EOR technology and comprehensive analysis of pipeline engineering, combined with the natural conditions, new materials and fluid characteristics,studied the construction process, settled technology process and content of the project, complemented construction technology requirements, personnel requirements, equipment requirements, etc., completed the process research of construction technology. The project includes overall research of welding technology, combined with practical engineering, studied the various factors of engineering conditions, improved the relevant technical measures and requirements, completed the construction technology measures and technical parameters, investigated the high containing CO₂ gas field and multiple tube, determined the NDT method and welding technique. Base on the construction experience and the difficulties encountered in the process of implementation, NDT method and ratio of the pipeline are adjusted.
