| With the exploitation of the coal, less and less coal resource left can be extracted by long wall mining, coal under “three-body†exists almost every mining area. In order to liberate coal under village, extend the service life of coal mine, and effectively protect the surface buildings at the same time, coal mining under village was studied.In this paper, based on coal mining under village of 1309 working face in Zhangcun coal mine, data analysis, theoretical research, simulation experiment and prediction analysis were used, the characteristics of overburden strata and surface subsidence of strip Wongawilli were studied. Firstly, the strip Wongawilli was put forward based on the strip mining method and Wongawilli, then five roadway layouts were put forward. Secondly, based on the geological and mining conditions of Zhangcun coal mine, numerical simulation model was established by FLAC3 D, stress field, displacement field and plastic zone of two roadway layouts were comparative analyzed. The results demonstrate that double entry and single wing was better than single entry and double wing. Combine with similar simulation experiment and key stratum theoretical analysis, overburden strata transport mechanisms and pillar stability were studied. The results showed that strip Wongawilli pillar could control deformation of overburden strata well, pillar stability was good. Finally, the scheme of 1309 working face was designed, specific including: mining and pillar width, roadway layout; equipment in working face, support system and production system. surface movement and deformation after working face extraction was calculated by probability integral method, the results demonstrated that the damage degree of surface buildings was within I degree.Based on the research above, strip Wongawilli can liberate coal under village, protect the surface buildings effectively and also can improve the recovery rate of coal resources. |
