| In this paper the main components of corrosion processing solution for the Ti2 AlNb alloy was selected.The amount of the main ingredients and the range of processing temperature was determined. The corrosion processing temperature,hang and stirring speed effect on the processing performance of corrosion process was discussed. The five kinds of additives was selected through single factor experiment, and the amount of the main additives was determined through the orthogonal experiment. The cause of non-uniform corrosion in the corrosion process of the Ti2 AlNb alloy was investigated and adopted add combined additives to eliminate it. The relationship between the processing performance and Ti4+ content was analyzed, Determined the adding method of extend corrosive life which was achieved by extracting titanium ion from waste solution and adding consumption to restore corrosion processing ability.The research results show that suitable for Ti2 AlNb alloy corrosion processing:HF120ml/L, HNO3400ml/L, SA11.2g/L, S21.2g/L, S31g/L, Ce8g/L, MA8g/L. The processing range of temperature is 44~46, The mechanical stirring speed is150~200r/min, The sample is loaded vertically into the corrosion solution, and turn it over every 10 minutes again. chemical processing speed can be achieved 11.7μm/min,after the corrosion process, surface roughness within 0.4~0.6μm0.4~0.8μm.The main purpose of the selected additives: S2 has the effect that can mitigate surface tension, reduce the corrosion liquid and contact angle of workpiece, so that the reaction gas can run away from the surface like small bubble and eliminate the phenomenon of rough surface. S3 can reduce the surface tension and increase contact area of the artifacts and corrosive liquid. Ce can improve the corrosion liquid life, and inhibit the release of toxic nitrogenices as corrosion inhibitor and reduce surface roughness of the sample.In the corrosive liquid of Ti2 AlNb alloy, Ti4+ content increasing, the viscosity of slot liquid was more and more big,corrosion speed decreasing,the roughness increasing.The bath should be adjust one time as Ti4+ content in corrosion liquid increase each 5g/L,The pattern of adding was40%HF 20ml/L, 60%HNO330ml/L, additive SA10.12g/L,additive S2 0.12g/L additive S3 0.1g/L additive Ce 1.5g/L additive MA 1g/L. Bath of for scrap whenTi4+content up to 17 g/L.The corrosion liquid waste generates a large amount of fluoride potassium titanate by adding 60g/LKF`·2H2O to Ti2 AlNb alloy,and under the low temperature separation filter,titanium ion in waste solution withdrawal rate can reach 90%.The filtration liquid is added with HF52ml/L, HNO367ml/L, SA10.24g/L, S20.24g/L, S30.2g/L, Ce3g/L MA1.6g/L, This can make waste solution or recovery processing performance.In the Ti2 AlNb alloy, because of its high content of aluminum and niobium element,the content of aluminum ion and niobium ion grow with the recycle times increasing.This not only inhibit the dissolution reaction of niobium and aluminum element,but also increase the viscosity of the solution.The production and processing can not reach requirements when the liquid waste on the second cycle. |
