| The main purpose in this paper is preparation of high quality and low cost of rubber antioxidant4020. This would be prepared through the tank reactor in the condition of hydrogen and special catalyst by using RT times and MIBK for hydrogenation alkylation preparation. The main conclusions are summarized as follows:In this lab-scale tests, the Pt/C catalyst and Ni catalyst are used for antiager4020 synthesis and the experimental results could be obtained.1.Using 3% Pt/C catalyst could make the antiager4020 maintain a high productive rate(>98%) and RT times get a high conversion ratio(>99%). Particularly, the whole processing is under a low temperature. Although adding quantity is little, due to the quite expensive of platinum catalyst, it is demanded to solve the problem of catalyst recycling.2.Under the reacting temperature 140~160℃ and the pressure of 3.5~4MPa, the RT times conversion rate could get more than 98% and the content of antiager4020 also could obtain larger than 97%. However, as a reason of the use of co-catalyst beta-naphthalene sulfonic acid, it is required to do an alkaline cleaning process during the post-processing, which would increase the discharge of sewage. |
