| In view of the problems existing in the ethylene plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company to 46 million tons / year ethylene cracking furnace thermal efficiency, this paper from the cracking furnace thermal efficiency calculation formula and the daily production process of determined the main reasons influencing the thermal efficiency of cracking furnace, determined by test and analysis the root cause, finally by means of technical modification and operation optimization to reduce the cracking furnace oxygen content and reduce flue gas carbon monoxide concentration and improve the fuel gas combustion efficiency and reduce the consumption of fuel gas and comprehensive utilization of waste heat of cracking furnace, thus effectively improving the ethylene cracking furnace thermal efficiency. |
