In recent years, the shaft lining structure of coal mine using frozen method construction is gradually increasing in China’s western region.Taking into account of the difference between stratum and shaft construction method in East and Westregions, shaft lining structure’s design and construction still exist many problems.According to the current frozen shaft lining design specification, the inner lining’s design load only considers hydrostatic pressure.The internal lining during the construction period in addition to be subjected to hydrostatic pressure, but the temperature, force of external lining, grouting pressure and other factors, stress is complex. Thetemporary load of inner lining structure during the construction period shouldbe analyzed and studied.As for the above issues, this paper relied on the Dahaize Coal Mine’s safety monitoring program and studiedforce and security of inner lining structurethrough combining the method of field test, theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. Firstly, basing on stress, strain, temperature and pressure data, this paper analyzed qualitativelythe stress changes and factors of internal lining which played a leading role through qualitative analysis. Secondly, through selecting the field monitoring stress data of steel, the horizontal external force acting on internal lining structure wascalculated. The stress and displacement change rules of inner lining was mastered during construction period. Finally, the inverse calculation result was applied to the numerical simulation, and the safety of inner lining structure was evaluated.The results showed main factors that affected lining stress’s change were temperature, internal and external lining force and lining water pressure. The results of theoretical calculation and field test showed main shaft lining of Dahaize Coal Mine was safe. The numerical simulation results reflected the stress and displacement of the inner lining on the moment of failure, which was the supplement and extension of the field monitoring results. The study method and conclusion of ferce and security not only can provide a new method for the calculation of borehole monitoring data analysis, but also provide help for safety evaluation of western region Coal Mine.
