Abstract/Summary:
Hot press process is a key link in the process of artificial board production, which directly determines the quality of the product. At present, the hot press process of artificial board production is mainly completed by the continuous flat press hot press, its running process and technical stability is the key to the quality of the plate, which plays a decisive role. As the researchers applied pressure, hot pressing plate is continuous flat press hot press key components, which directly influence to the slab will be pressed into finished sheet can be used, due to the importation of raw material is difficult to be uniform distribution, coupled with interference system to achieve stable process need to overcome many difficulties, once lost, the effective control of the system, big overshoot and strong shock runaway phenomenon will cause the plate thickness uneven, resulting in waste. In this thesis, aiming at the problems of traditional PID control, from the optimization control algorithm of the point of view of continuous flat press control method of hot embossing system, forming based on immune control algorithm of artificial board hot pressing system research system.First of continuous flat hot press pressure control system to establish the mathematical model of the system, using traditional PID control and adaptive fuzzy PID control method to design the controller, find its merits, using MATLAB for two kinds of control mode, system simulation, simulation results show that adaptive fuzzy PID controller of continuous flat press hot pressing control system control optimization effect more obvious, but the two response speed slow and reaching a steady state takes a long time.Using the analogy method to compare the immune system and the control system, find out the similarities between the two, and combine the two to get a strong self adaptive immune PID controller. The simulation results can be obtained:with traditional PID controller and adaptive fuzzy PID controller is compared, immune PID controller not only reduced the workload of traditional PID controller parameter tuning, also reduces the response time, is an effective solution to the system overshoot and oscillation problem, very good to meet the process requirements of wood-based panel. The dynamic performance of the nonlinear system with time delay and delay is better, and the research on the continuous flat pressing and hot pressing control system of artificial board has certain guiding significance.
