Fluorine chemical industry has play more and more important role in new energy, aerospace, life sciences, info-communications and other emerging industries; it’s application more and more widely. Fluoride can be divided into inorganic and organic fluoride, ethyl difluoroacetate is one of the most important organic fluoride, because of its containing difluromethylation, it’s application has been widespread attention in mading pesticide and medicine. The product contains more impurities in the synthesis process of ethyl difluoroacetate. By separating to obtain high purity fluorine ethyl difluoroacetate is very urgent.The paper is multicomponent separation simulation and design research 400 tons annual, a mixture of ethyl difluoroacetate, methoxy-tetrafluoroethane, ethanol, methyl difluoroacetate, difluoroacetic acid and water. First, analysis of the ethyl difluoroacetate properties and applications. Summary it sources and technologies, and the research progress of multicomponent distillation separation.The design task was to produce ethyl difluoroacetate purity reached 99.5% and the yield reached 99%, and the methoxy-tetrafluoroethane recovery reached 95%. By adopting the Aspen plus simulation distillation method, based on the separation scheme, the light and heavy key components were first separated, and then the acid. With three distillation columns which were light-off tower, the intermediate product recovery tower and product tower. Begin to use Aspen plus DSTWU simulation, and then rely on it to RadFrac simulation. Through calculation, we can get the light-off tower diameter is 0.2 meters and height is 10.30 meters; the intermediate product recovery tower diameter is 0.1 meters, height is 4.30 meters; the product tower diameter is 0.15 meters, the height of 5.40 meters. And then carry out the field test of ethyl difluoroacetate distillation separation process. Through the driving test, ethyl difluoroacetate can achieve a purity of greater than 99.5%, overall yield more than 99%, the data are consistent with the simulation. Meet the product purity requirements and recycling target.
