| Our country is rich in coal resources and in a long period of time, the thermal power plant is still the main force of power generation. During the production process of coal-fired power plant, lots of smoke dust, SO2, NOX was produced, which is one of the main reasons of air pollution. While with the rapid economy development of China, in order to construct harmonious society and assure economic sustainable development, it becomes an urgent requirement to control the environmental pollution caused by coal combustion. Therefore, it is imperative that the coal-fired power plants to implement the more stringent desulfurization transformation imperative. Now, the State Environmental Protection Department issued a new standard for power plant desulfurization, the flue gas must go through the FGD system to desulfurization before discharging.This paper thoroughly introduces the characteristics of desulfurization technology in domestic and foreign, technological process and the application, then relying on a particular power plant desulfurization transformation program to study the chemical reaction principle, system structure and desulfurization of wet desulfurization system. We analysis the deficiencies of the original power plant desulfurization systems, and explore the transformation design of flue gas desulfurization emissions after FGD systems. At last, we made the following research results:(1) After the research analysis of the power plant desulfurization systems, we known the equipment components, reaction mechanisms and operating characteristics of the power plant desulfurization system;(2) Connection with the operation of power plant desulfurization system by two years, we summarizes the existing problem and the causes of this phenomenon;(3) Basic on the characteristics of this power plant flue gas desulfurization system serious stacked limestone, we determined transform funnel by removing the bypass to achieve the purpose of optimizing the transformation;(4) Arming at the problem of absorption tower material corrosion, wear serious, we heightened the absorber tower and used better anti-corrosion materials, at the same time, the inlet temperature of flue gas was controlled to reduce corrosion of absorber;(5) The quality of limestone slurry is the necessary conditions to protect the normal operation of desulfurization systems, the inspection of slurry quality is need to ensure that the absorption effect of the limestone slurry to SO2;(6) The industrial water and cooling water systems is an important complement to the desulfurization system, a good operation of this system is an important guarantee to the stable operation of the desulfurization system.The operating results after desulfurization transformation show that the desulfurization efficiency become higher, and the system is more stable. The theoretical research and practical application in good agreement, and the desulfurization transformation achieved overall success. |
