At present, the trend of environmental degradation in our country has not been kept within limits radically. With the growing environment contradiction and the increasing of environmental pressure the problem of haze is serious in some areas. The main pollutant emissions are more than environmental capacity. In order to improve air quality all levels of government have rolled out several policies and measures.Guohua electric power company began to implement’The high quality green power generation plan’in 2013. For the special emission limits of power plant the planning of dust removal, desulfurization and denitration facilities must achieve the target of Near-Zero Emissions. In the end the emissions must achieve or precede Gas emissions limit standard unit. Dust emission concentration limit is 5mg/m3. SO2 emission concentration limit is 35mg/m. NOx emission concentration limit is 50mg/m3.The feasibility of adding wet electric dust in Coal-fired units in service is studied based on the current state of mainstream emissions of coal-fired units. In this paper the power plant of Dingzhou (660MW) is set as an example to improve the level of emissions of coal-fired units and reduce emissions of pollutants. At last harmful air pollutants such as dust in the flue gas of Dingzhou power plant has got comprehensive effective governance because of the installation of wet scrubber. The paper has played a demonstration and reference effect for the other similar plant. At the same time as the control air dust pollution the wet dust collector has been proved to be the most ideal equipment and the goal of coal-fired power plant ultra-low emissions can achieve assuredly.
