The ionic liquid ([AMIM]Cl) liquefaction of Salix wood, establish the dynamics model of liquefied reaction. The polyurethane composites were prepared by the liquefied products as the raw material, and research on the properties of the composite materials.The results as following:(1) The optimum conditions of Salix liquefied ionic liquid:liquid/solid is 13:1, reaction temperature is 180℃, reaction time is 5h, catalyst is 1% and lowest residue rate of 4.57%. The liquefaction of hydroxyl value is 224.4 mgKOH/g and viscosity is 6720 mPa·s. The analysis of the structure of liquefied residue showed that big molecular fragment into small molecules and a new generation of functional groups in the liquefied process.(2) Second-order reaction kinetic model was established by reaction of liquefaction. According to the dynamics equation is determined linear regression equation, reaction rate constant and correlation coefficient under different temperatures. Based on the relationship of reaction rate constant and reaction temperature of Arrhenius activation energy formula, to determine the activation energy Ea=151.65kJ·mol-1, A=1.582 and correlation coefficient R2=0.9754. Finally, according to the relationship between the Gibbs free energy, reaction rate constant, activation energy, activation enthalpy, activation entropy and temperature, determine the thermodynamic function △G=154.339 kJ·mol-1,△H=144.115 kJ·mol-1,△S=-22.562 J·mol-1·K-1.(3) The best conditions of foaming reaction:MID is 110%, catalyst is 5%, nucleating agent is 4%, foaming agent is 0.3%. Research on the addition of 6% organic montmorillonite in polyurethane composites can make bend strength and compression strength improve 31.2 kPa and 62 kPa respectively. Also, insert sanded wicker in ordinary foam can make the compression improved 103 kPa than the foam material of organic montmorillonite.(4) The analysis of the structure of 6% organic montmorillonite nano-polyurethane composite and ordinary polyurethane materials showed Organic montmorillonite can be combination of polyurethane materials well. In addition, it is found that properties of absorption and flame retardant of composite material are higher than ordinary materials.
