With the rapid development of economy, the people’s demand of livestock products level has been greatly improved. Therefore, livestock and poultry manure seriously increase the environment pollution. The pollution of weathered coal and manure can not be ignored.Product compost by sheep manure, useless straw and weathered coal is researched in this study. Organic fertilizer by composting is an efficient way to reduce the environmental pollution and the wasteful of recourse. The most important advantage of compost for farmers is cheap and convenient. This paper reveals the compound microbial agent research and development preliminary and optimization of process parameters. The influence of the effects of moisture content, inoculation amount, different carbon and nitrogen ratio, and mixing frequency has been studied. The scientific research is based on the changes of compost temperature and moisture content and pH, organic matter content, germination index and nutrient content indictors during the process of compost. The raw material mixed by sheep manure, useless straw and weathered coal could be composted successfully. The optimum process parameters is:initial moisture content of compost is between 50%, inoculation is 2.0‰, the initial carbon and nitrogen ratio is 30:1, mixing frequency is once every three days. The weight losses of compost cause the increase of total nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and nutrient content. In the end, the initial moisture content, carbon and nitrogen ratio and pile turning times has a critical influence to compost.
