Graphene is defined by a single layer of graphite,which refers to a single carbon atom thick and part of a two-dimensional sp2 hybridized carbon material.The most of studies show that graphene has excellent electrical properties, greater specific surface area and excellent mechanical properties, these characteristics of graphene-based materials has a wide range of applications in different areas such as graphene photovoltaic devices, supercapacitor and composite materials.In this paper,firstly,we try to introduce RGO which has good conductive properties between ITO glass substrate and gain layer PFO as interface layer.By adjusting the thickness of RGO,we finally achieve a purpose of the ASE threshold lowered from 332 μJ/cm2 to 225 μJ/cm2.Reasons for the improvement of device performance may be the introduction of RGO which improves the situation of ITO surface roughness, reduces the light scattering effect,reduces the ASE threshold.Secondly,a GO/PVA composite film material was achieved via tape casting method which was treated by rapid covalent-crosslinked with polyetheramine at 90℃. Finally,the composite film material has better mechanical properties. Also we proved a significant increase of C-N bond by IR and verified the effect of cross-linking using XRD. Electron microscopy before and after the change in morphology of the reaction proved crosslinking reactions.By testing the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the material, it proved that we obtained a mechanically high strength composite material.New ideas and approaches are provided for the study of graphene polymer composites.Thirdly, we used glucose as raw material and mixed it with ammonium chloride under nitrogen.By slowly warming to 1400℃,we obtained a three-dimensional graphene(3D-rGO) / polyaniline(of PANI) composite material which had situ growth of polyaniline.The synthesized 3D-rGO/PANI composite material not only has a high surface area, high conductivity characteristics, but also can overcome the shortcomings of polyaniline structure. We have discovered a simple and effective way to prepare this materials, and to study as electrode material applied in supercapacitor.
