| With the deepening of oilfield development, perforated layer increasing, interlayer physical difference is big, and interlayer interference is serious.In order to effectively reduce the cost of drilling and development, daqing oilfield constantly promote the use of layered oil recovery technology. But in practice, low pump efficiency and not ideal effect is common in the production.Based on the theory of string mechanics, this paper established fluid-solid coupling model of layered production string, simulated the main work condition of the downhole tool using the finite element method,formed a set of optimization analysis method of layered production string and developed a simulation system platform.The system can realize stress and flow field simulation analysis of layered production string, and solve contradiction between oilfield development layer. |
