At present, polymer flooding has become a slow down in the late high water cut oil field production decline and important technical method to enhance oil recovery, but with the increasing of the polymer flooding block, especially during the period of "twelfth five-year" field will be large-scale industrialized polymer injection, with clear water polymer made more and more, then containing polyethylene produced sewage also increase quickly, the inevitable will appear surplus produced sewage and cannot balance the contradiction. And containing wastewater due to the high polymer, is not suitable for injection water flooding development, untabulated reservoirs with poor reinjection polymer flooding block can effectively achieve the equilibrium of sewage calls, avoid water drainage. If implementation including poly sewage recycle all polymer flooding blocks, achieve the equilibrium of sewage call, with containing polyethylene polymer made with sewage instead of water is one of the important prerequisites to solve this problem, the current oilfield after treatment with poly sewage preparation of polymer solution viscosity stability is poor, viscosity retention rate of 17% for 90 days, could not reach the requirements of the unclean with dilute polymer. Therefore the need for containing poly sewage sludge with dilute polymer technology research.
