Having the characteristics of the concealment and the complexity, Simulation well is an underground production drilling test while field test is not ideal in consideration of the economy and scientific. So it is necessary to simulate and test the downhole temperature and pressure in the natural environment. It simulates the design of the controlling system of downhole so as to provide solution in a reliable way when it comes to emergency, and provide the basis for operating better in downhole.This design is a simulating system consisted of plunger pump, high pressure valve and high pipeline. The plunger pump down to the high pressure pipeline into cold water, which can realize the simulation of the downhole pressure function through external expression. The pressure is 1.96 MPa when in depth of 200 m under normal atmospheric pressure, in this way,the greatest external expression is 20 MPa which can simulate downhole pressure of 2000 m under the ground. it converse frequency to control plunger pump speed regulating motor and the scope of high pressure valve opening for the downhole constant pressure control. What’s more, that the hot water through the high pressure pipeline on centrifugal pump cycles simulates downhole high temperature.This design designs electrical control system of simulation well. According the requirement of the control system, it designs the PID control links of the simulation test device for the downhole pressure and the system main circuit. The experiment control mode uses the interface operate platform based on industrial computer, PLC and configuration software MCGS6.2, and analyzes and researches the sample data. This joint control mode can make sure the reliability of sample data and the accuracy of controlling system. After the installation of the system is complete, it simulates and debugs this design to verify the reliability of this system, this design is also applied into field experiment to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the simulation well system.
