HuanXiling oil field is the main oil producing area in Liaohe Oilfield Company, and the reservoir physical property is poor, the formation pressure is low, the oil well productivity is low, there is a large proportion of low production wells. These well if the pumping machine continuous production, some well system is unreasonable, insufficient fluid supply, sank low in formation, or pumping dry phenomenon, that is a waste of energy, and reduce the service life of the equipment, resulting in system efficiency is low, high energy consumption of tons of liquid lifting, pump detection period short many problems. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the reasonable working system for the characteristics of low yield wells. For this part of the stripper well liquid producing capacity is low, high energy consumption, low efficiency of the system, in order to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption, combined with the actual production characteristics of low yield wells established stripper well production capacity prediction model and stripper well liquid level recovery of calculation mathematical model, were used to study the reasonable work system of low producing wells, and puts forward the method to select reasonable ways of lifting, and the different ways of lifting work system of oil wells, the optimized, the preparation of the "stripper well system optimization software system". The software has realized the automation of the Management Office of the low production well, and is also an indispensable tool for the management of the future management, fine management. The research of this project has important guiding significance for the scientific development of low permeability and low yield oil field.
