In this paper, based on the full investigation and study of the low permeability reservoir profile control method in the domestic and foreign, combined with the reservoir physical characteristics of the main block, the method of profile control in the study area is optimized. Static evaluation of profile control agent of the optimized profile control method, first on main agent component and concentration was determined, and then determine the crosslinking agent, toughening agent, initiating agent and other major components, then of crosslinking agent, toughening agent,initiating agent concentration of optimization design, makes the selection of profile control agent formula to achieve "at the beginning of the coagulation time controllable," gel strength controllable. The homogeneous and heterogeneous 2 core,application SY/T5590-2004 standard by breakthrough pressure gradient, plugging rate,shear resistance, resistance to erosion, stability etc. index reversed profile control agent dynamic profile control effect comprehensive evaluation. Take the plugging rate of the lab core experiment profile control agent is greater than 90%. In profile control agent, profile control radius was calculated based on, through the core experiment were reversed profile control radius, profile control rounds, plugging strength index profile control effect evaluation and then determine the optimal injection program, the final determination of the radius of the tuning drive is 40m; the dosage of the displacement agent is 3004m3; the injection rate is affected by the actual construction equipment, injection rate is strictly controlled in the 20m3/h; the ground injection pressure is not more than 25 MPa.and makes the profile of the post profile than before the increase of more than 2%.
