In-situ combustion is a very efficient technology of thermal recovery of heavy oil. The technology of preheating is one of the key technologies of In-situ combustion,firing is the first step to success. But traditional electric ignition mode exist shortcomings, for instance: high investment, low thermal efficiency and low successful rate and so on, which has not been resolved until now. So how to make efficient ignition has become a critical problem to be solved, this pater is just based on that to study.Based on the reality of block Du 66, this paper reaserched the problems of preheaing and ignition of in-situ combustion integrally, analyzing the factors of air rate, preheating temperature and improver and so on which effect the seccess of ignition.By one-dimensional combusion tube,I studyed the methords about how to improve the efficiency of ignition and the reservoir development effect, and offered reliable theory to du 66 block and some similar reservoirs in the study of in-situ combustion. The main researches as follows:The article acrryed out the researches of geological features of du 66 block, by analvzing and counting the physical properties of the reservior and the oil of the block, founding that the rate of the air and oil of the block was small,1968 Nm3/m3(generally,this number should be less than 3500Nm3/m3).This indicated that the in-situ comnusition was fitted in the block.We could draw a conclution that applying preheating ignition technology and adding accelerant technology could finish the progress of ignition successfully through indoor experiments. Through the results of experiments,we can know that the preheating temperature is higher, the effect will be better unless other conditions unchanged;but based on the economic factor, the preheating temperature should be controled at 210~250℃; making compound of Mo and Pd as the accelerant and put them into frame tube can improve the ignition process, so we could insist that the compound of Mo and Pd are the perfect.By applying the preheating technology of In-situ combustion to block du 66,and studying datas from stops, we can find that the oil recovery was improved after using the technology of preheating. Besides, when applying prehesting ignition technology to spots,we can use the original steam flodding or steam huff and puff equipments which used to inject steam, which could save a large amount of investment,(there is no need to buy new facilities), which decreased the investment.So, the technology of preheating studied by this paper is more practical valuable.
