Downhole oil-water separation technology is an effective way to increase oilfield economic recovery of high water cut, which is the thrust of the liquid in the oilfield downhole oil-water pre-separation, the rich flow of oil lifted to the ground, oily wastewater directly injected back to the appropriate formation. Downhole oil-water separation technology makes substantial lifting energy and lowering the consumption of sewage treatment costs, extend oil economic production cycle, and ultimately improve the economic oil recovery.Twin-screw pump DOWS the post system is DOWS technology process system, which is mainly responsible for torque transmission, oil and water separation, high oil produced fluid lifting and separating water reinjection and so on. Practicality and reliability of the system is to ensure that the post DOWS technology to the smooth implementation of the premise, therefore, for the post DOWS comprehensive mechanical analysis and structural optimization design is important.According to the separation DOWS twin-screw pump working principle and the motion characteristics of the post system, this paper make kinematics and mechanics analysis and take out a complete model of the mechanical system of struts.Theoretical analysis as the basis for the separation of the post twin screw DOWS finite element analysis. Solving the overall deformation under steady-state conditions, the stress distribution and natural frequency, causing the post to find the corresponding resonance speed, deformation analysis position and the maximum displacement. Find existing DOWS system design flaws. Improved scheme is proposed, and the safety factor recalculated after optimization. making comparison for structure of the front improved data.In this paper, twin-screw pump rod string DOWS overall mechanics theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. And weak links in the post to optimize the design. Thesis research ideas and methods can provide theoretical guidance for the study of the same type of rod string. At the same time the research of this paper can avoid the entire DOWS security risks of the post, to enhance the safety of operation and reliability.
