This thesis is focused on the isocyanide-based multicomponent reactions, which is an efficient method for the construction of N-containing heterocycle compounds through the reaction of isocyanides with easily accessible reactants in one pot. The synthesis of N-containing heterocycle compounds has showed great importance in the fields of new drugs development, natural compounds synthesis and material science. The whole work is described by three parts as follow:The second chapter, a series of air-stable aminocarbene-like palladium(II) complexes were easily prepared by the reaction of bis-aromaticisocyanidedichloropalladium(II) with N-arylbenzamidines. 0.1 mol% of the optimal palladium complex showed excellent catalytic activity for Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction at room temperature. In the third chapter, we developed a new method for the construction of 2-aminobenzo[d][1,3]selenazines under metal-free conditions. A C-N bond and two C-Se bonds are formed in the reaction. This method avoided utilizing transition metal as catalyst and proceeded smoothly at room temperature. We could easily obtain the products in high yields. In the the forth chapter, a new practical synthesis of phthalimides through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of CO2 with isocyanides and in situ generated aryne was developed. It provides a new method and new train of thought using CO2 as C1 feedstock.
