JiLinYing after many years of mining field, has to the water injection development in mid and late stage, with the continuous development of oil field, comprehensive water cut rising block, the well has entered the water-cut stage, the well eccentric wear has become increasingly serious. British Taiwan oil production plant maintenance of the total amount of368, of which the rod off well for 48, accounting for the proportion of maintenance operations to more than 15%. Sucker rod break off is the main factor affecting the wells exemption period. Therefore, in order to reduce oil rod break off lead to maintenance and operation number of wells, more in-depth understanding of the downhole pumping rod real force, this paper on the basis of theoretical research, according to the well anti eccentric wear numerical optimization method using office formula access to prepare a set of calculation of sucker rod string force application, and strive to through underground rod should force variation analysis,find a decrease in rod breaking off the countermeasures to further extend the exemption period of oil wells.In rod pumping wells underground pipe stress analysis based on, in Yaoyingtai oilfield of the main purpose of this paper is to study the pumping wells rod tube eccentric wear of the law, from the water content of the oil rate, submergence depth, pump size, production parameters, hanging pump, corrosion, scaling, sand, wax, dry grinding and other various aspects, developed in line with the situation of Yingtai Oil Field of eccentric wear prevention measures.Feedback live easier easier to hit for Yingtai oilfield, some oil wells in high water cut and low no state run, sucker rod string "liquid" phenomenon, increase the vibration load, the sucker rod string eccentric wear; a part of the water injection well of oil blocks with large pump extracts, as well as the larger working parameters, the sucker rod string eccentric wear;in addition, the moisture content of the continuous rise in the underground working conditions gradually become poor. According to a recent Yingtai Oil production plant, with the oil field development, oil pumping rod partial wear in continuous increase, and even broken off;eccentric wear well number is rising to become the British Taiwan oil production plant of a top priority. How to effectively reduce the wear of the oil well has become an important way to control the production cost and reduce the cost.
