The development and exploitation of oil-gas fields is an important issue of the petroleum industry. With the development of petroleum fields, more and more fields are under the situation that has with large content of water. To develop the low permeability reservoir for long-term and effectively, new development technologies are needed to solve the issues of low permeability reservoir’s differences in physical properties, large resistance of fluid flow, ineffective water injection and effectiveness of injection-mining-pressure system. Right now, setting up an effective pressure transmission system of low-permeability reservoir is the key point for oilfield workers, which needs to be figured out urgently.According to the geology of C89 test block and situation of general development in this area, analyze thenetwork fracturing’s influence and effect to pressure transmission in this test block. Summarize the changes of the well with network fracturing and the wells around it by analyzing the differences of well-testing interpretations before and after network fracturing.Based on the integration of wells and seismic, there is a prediction on the sand insides the wells according to the situation of sand in integrating well log. Resolve the main sedimentary units. Define the relation between wells’ sand and injecting and mining. Distinguish the sand body microfacies of watercourse to recognize the differences of plane physical properties ofsingle channel sand. Determine the connectivity relations of sand of single well. Find out the better direction for water flooring. Establish a three-dimensional geological model and fine numerical simulation to quantify each type of the remaining oil, to figure out the distribution of remaining oil in the region with reconstruction measures and to improve the accuracy of locating adjustment.According to the numerical simulation, define the relation between pressure transmission characteristics of network fracturing of water-injection well and water injection volume to figure out the best volume of water to inject. Define the relation between pressure transmission characteristics of network fracturing of water-injection well and output. Determine the impact of the order, of which press the oil wells to crack, on the development effects. With numerical simulation, optimize the parameters and scale of network fracturing.
