Our country has a great potential for development of low permeability oil and gas, how to develop low permeability reservoirs efficiently as soon as possible plays an important role in.maintaining the development of China’s oil industry steady.Hydraulic fracturing is one of the effective ways of developing low permeability reservoirs, this paper carried out simulation of the oil and formation water experiment measured the 40 pieces of extra low permeability fuyu oil layer in the typical natural core of start-up pressure gradient, the start- up pressure gradient of low permeability reservoir is established and the model for calculating the deformation of rock medium. Using this set of models to simulate 810 plans under the condition of artificial fracture energy supplement, which provides a scientific basis for forming the database. Establishing well NPV economic model time under the condition of complex fractures at the same time, forming the low permeability reservoirs economic evaluation methods under the condition of artificial complicated fracture and gives the economic evaluation chart group(48). Developed a low permeable reservoir module under the condition of complex fracture productivity prediction and a low permeability reservoir economic evaluation module under the condition of complex fracture. Realize productivity prediction of not fracturing vertical Wells and vertical Wells, not fracturing, horizontal well fracturing horizontal well and NPV analysis of economic parameters and reservoir parameters, the influence law of fracture parameters on wel.
