China’s water resources in the world ranking is always in a backward, is one of the relatively scarce countries, since the since the speed up the adjustment of economic, due to the rapid development of market economy, the water pollution and water demand contradictions increasingly prominent, at that moment, the water crisis has become the grim reality of the problem.Daqing city is located in the Northeast inland closed area, there is no natural rivers, the available surface water resources. Since 1960 s, has been the main production of groundwater, is expected to 2020 Daqing area of annual water gap will reach355000000 cubic meters, water shortage situation is very grim. In this situation, water reuse as one of the main measures of water saving, in the Daqing oil field has been widely used in industrial production.Polymer flooding technology in Daqing oilfield is the main technical support for oil field production, although it is becoming more and more mature, but because of the need to use low salinity water with water, the amount of water is consumed, according to statistics,the annual consumption of about 30000000 tons of water. Through the investigation of wind village sewage treatment plant compliance effluent special process again after treatment with poly water can replace the water dragon and tiger soaked used in the preparation of polymer mother liquor, coupled with the domestic sewage into water instead of water for preparation of polymer technology can be fully realized together with water instead of water to prepare polymer. Only in this way can save water resource, reduce the cost of oilfield development,reduce the discharge of sewage, achieve water recycling.Based on the analysis of the sewage treatment plant discharge hardness、calcium and magnesium ions 、 salinity of water quality parameters of the 4A media reform, the concentration and dosage of regeneration treatment agent is determined, and the time required for the regeneration of "modified 4A filter" is to optimize the flow, flow rate and pressure difference of inlet and outlet in the "modified 4A filter media".Study "4A media" regeneration solution to remove calcium and magnesium ions technology, make the regeneration solution excess calcium, magnesium, iron and other high valence cation in the form of solid separated, regenerative liquid repeated use,realize the regenerative liquid recycling, and 4A media "anti flushing fluid removal suspension technology and equipment, the processing after backwashing liquid suspended matter content is less than 10 mg / L, the water utilization rate has reached more than 95%.In the end, according to the characteristics of water quality of wastewater treatment plant and the requirement of water quality in oil field, the selection of the system, the processing technology and process parameters are determined. At the same time, further optimize the design of different processing capacity of the water treatment device.
