On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current situation of domestic and overseas water pollution treatment, this thesis compares the technology, economy, environment and other aspects of the common groundwater treatment methods, in the same time, optimizing and innovating the traditional groundwater pollution processing technology. Besides, this dissertation also coins and studies the application of "guide drainage technology" and introduces the Yunnan Groundwater Remediation of Heavy Metal a demonstration project in which the author participated to show the practical application of the guide drainage technology. Based on this project, the combined redemption technology of underwater arsenic pollution in karst area are launched and may better prepared for the following reaserch.In order to achieve the goal of governance, this thesis combines the actual situation of polluted areas and applies the advanced pollution control technology. The research mainly includes the following steps:Summarizing the latest research outcomes on water pollution control domestically and internationally, the author compares the advantages and disadvantages of each method and tries to innovate the traditional processing technology. Meanwhile, in order to study the remediation of contaminated groundwater, "guide drainage technology" is mentioned and groundwater flow and solute migration coupling model MT3DMS is established by the simulation software called Visual MODFLOW.Based on the simulation result and regional hydro geological and pollution conditions of soil and groundwater heavy metal remediation project in Yunnan Province, drainage technology is applied and setting the underground cutoff wall to control the pollution plume. What’s more, choosing proper sites to arrange Well Groups to dispose pollutant groundwater. According to the monitoring data recorded from actual project, it can be seen that "guide drainage technology" has a good effect on groundwater pollution control, and it is worthy of further research and application.
