Biomass energy is renewable energy component.The development and utilization of biomass energy for the energy and ecological problem provides a new train of thought.However, in the course of using biomass air gasification gas content is low, most of the gas is diluted by nitrogen gas, tar content is high, which is a serious impediment to its large-scale use, in order to solve the current problems existing in the using process, this paper uses the method of external heat biomass gas-carbon thesis has carried on the experimental study, the concrete was carried out by the experimental study on the following aspects:(1) Biomass energy is the component of renewable energy. The development and utilization of biomass energy for the energy and ecological problem provides a new train of thought. The biomass pyrolysis carbonization technology as an important way of biomass energy development and utilization, has received widespread attention at home and abroad. External heated intermittent feeding way, this article uses the five different biomass carbon production rate under different temperature and the amount of gas to study, to provide the basis for continuous feed production. By studying the influence of temperature on carbon production and gas, it is concluded that under the 500℃ 600℃, can get larger production rate and gas evolution of solid carbon concentration, and reaction time needed for the most appropriate. And infrared analysis was carried out on the pyrolytic carbon, X-ray powder diffraction and electron microscope scanning(2) Performed on the fixed bed reactor experimental study of biomass pyrolysis with continuous feeding, examining the effects of different temperatures and the biomass type. Experimental results show that at a temperature of 500℃,600℃,650℃ and 700 ℃, as the pyrolysis temperature increased, CH4 content of wood powder pyrolysis from 2.75% to 28.3%, CO levels ranging from 4.46% to 21.72%, H2 content increased from 0 to 12.67%, CO2 content first by 16.66% to 17%, and then declined to 15.33%. CH4 content of husk pyrolysis from 30.2% to 97.26%, CO levels ranging from 28.83% to 50%, H2 content from 0 to 15.12%, CO2 content first by 14.33% to 17.33%, and then declined to 12%. CH4 content of turmeric pyrolysis from 3.44% to 97.18%, CO levels ranging from 12.48% to 39.18%, H2 content increased from 0 to 12.67%, CO2 content decreased first by 12% to 8.33%.Produced by pyrolysis tar as the temperature rises, degree of aromatization increases in the component and the oxygenate reduced. The charcoal composition and morphology of pyrolysis is no significant difference as the pyrolysis temperature increased. At a temperature of 700 ℃, tar component and carbon composition and morphology different biomass (wood flour, peanut shells, walnut shells, turmeric and chaff) pyrolysis are different.(3)We remove tar by pyrolysis method in the process and pyrolysis of wood is for aromatic compounds. The experiment make it clear that, the catalyst has good deoxidation effect of liquid products,it can greatly improve the content of the product gas, what we obtained under the condition of no catalyst is mainly oxygen containing compound,however, what we obtained under the condition of catalyst is mainly aromatic compounds, especially the toluene content increased significantly. The catalytic pyrolysis of wood is an effective method of preparing aromatic compounds.
