Mixing the Multiple microbe species kc80 and kc88 with the organic fertilizer into the soils contamined with coper and zinc and lead,planting shallow root fast-growing vegetables in the soils to see the effect on the heavy metals、the soil and vegetables.The main results are as follows:(1) Organic fertilizer can activate the heavy metals Cu、Zn、Pb in the soils and to a certain degree of increasing soil’s organic Cu、Zn、Pb and exchangeble Cu、Zn、Pb. Having no obvious effect on Fe/Mn oxide and Carbonate Cu、Zn、Pb,but the Carbonate Zn is effected by rhizosphere of vegetables,and appear big difference. Multiple microbe species kc80 and kc88 don’t show their ability to change soil’s organic Cu、Zn、Pb and exchangeble Cu、Zn、Pb,and don’t show their ability to do the changing with the organic fertilizer.They also have no obvious effect on Fe/Mn oxide and Carbonate Cu、Zn、Pb,and also being easily effected by rhizosphere of vegetables.(2) Organic fertilizer can reduce pH of the soil, Organic fertilizer with Multiple microbe species can also reduce pH of the soil.Applying organic fertilizer in the soil can reduce the conductivity of soil. Multiple microbe species have no obvious regularity of impact on the soil electrical conductivity. Organic fertilizer with Multiple microbe species can also reduce the conductivity of soil. The pH and soil electrical conductivity are also effected by rhizosphere of vegetables.(3) Organic fertilizer in the soil can increase the ability of enriching Cu and Zn of Chinese cabbage,decrease the ability of enriching Cu of red amaranth and increase its ability of enriching Zn. Decrease leafy ganvegetable’s ability to enrich Zn,but has no effect on Cu. Multiple microbe species combines Organic fertilizer can betterly increase the ability of enriching Cu of Chinese cabbage,but have small effect on the enrichment of Cu of red amaranth and leafy ganvegetable.Multiple microbe species can decrease the ability of enriching Zn of Chinese cabbage.but have no obvious effect on the enrichment of Zn of leafy ganvegetable.and red amaranth. Combining the Multiple microbe species and Organic fertilizer to use,the Organic fertilizer has the main results:increasing the ability of enriching Zn of Chinese cabbage and red amaranth,decreasing the ability of enriching Zn of leafy ganvegetable.(4) Organic fertilizer can change the activity of POD and CAT of plant tissue, decrease POD and CAT of Chinese cabbage, inecrease POD and decrease CAT of red amaranth, increase POD and CAT of leafy ganvegetable.Multiple microbe species can make a big increasing of POD of Chinese cabbage, but decrease POD andCAT of red amaranth and leafy ganvegetable. Combining the Multiple microbe species and Organic fertilizer to use, the Organic fertilizer has the main effect on POD and CAT, but can’t judge the effect on CAT of leafy ganvegetable.
