Application Integration Cationic Drilling Fluid System In JZ25-1S Block

The using of drilling fluid in block JZ25-1S had the phenomenon of high formation collapse stress, borehole collapse, serious formation hydration dispersion, the interface of Guantao formationbasalconglomerate and sand shale about Dongyingformation and Shahejieformation had the problems of frequentlyalternate layerblockage,low efficiency in tripping, long open hole, cuttings transportation, easy build the pressure, pipe-sticking.PEM, PEC and cationic drilling fluid system had been used in the study of this block. t he comprehensive cationic drilling fluid system had been developed during the basis of adv antages and disadvantages about each system.In view of the problems about comprehensive cationic drilling fluid system, some further improvements had been done to the cationic drill ing fluid system, K + and polymeric alcoholwere drawn to cooperate with cationic inhibitors in order to further improve the inhibition of drilling fluid. Properly reduce the amount of P F-CPI, a moderate amount of MMH were drawnto adjust the shear force. The non-ionic wat er loss reductionwere drawnto further reduce the water loss, and make a slightly adjustment about the construction technology of drilling fluid, and gradually form a construction progra m of the comprehensive cationic system now. Through the method of single agent performa nce evaluation, comprehensive cationic drilling fluid system has been optimized; by the go od indoor performance evaluation of comprehensive cationic drilling fluid system, the drilli ng fluid system has a strong inhibition, stable rheological properties and strong anti-collapse suppression, high temperature resistance and other characteristics.This paper analyzed the comprehensive cation application effect of JZ25-1SE five Wells,The total time limits for the project of the five Wells saved for 11.02 days and lifted efficiency to 10.97%.Analyzing the comprehensive cationic drilling fluid JZ25-1SA application effect,summarize the effect of the application to the following conclusion:appropriate effective inhibitory,the drop of water loss and plugging capacities,the rheological properties of fine,tripping effect was obvious and so on.The results had a certain significance for the field.
