Because of the complexity and high-risk of HPHT well testing process, it is necessary to recognize the complex geological condition of Niudong buried hill, design and prove innovative well testing tools, make sure acquire accurate liquidity, flow rate, temperature, pressure, permeability and other parameters under non potential safety hazard, provide proposal for next exploration.This paper makes researches on optimization of test procedure, development of test tools, establishment of the mechanics evaluate system of testing string, research of test data interpretation technique of carbonate reservoir. The main research effort contains: developed 200 ℃ class high temperature open hole packer elements and seals, improved their temperature tolerance and operation time, conducted HPHT simulated test in lab, executed well site operation after successful laboratory test; developed 200 ℃ high temperature electronic gauge, ensure the completeness and factuality of acquisition data in HPHT wells; developed BH-CYF single operation test valve, designed to apply annulus pressure to open rapture disc and operate ball valve to achieve open & close well, improve the safety factor; developed BH-CJF full-bore test valve, using ball valve seal method; developed BH-CXC selective zone anchor, achieve sustained anchorage function; established test string safety evaluation model from the parameters to be considered in the safety evaluation, security evaluation criteria, optimization design procedure; by analyzing the technical difficulties and technical countermove of reservoir interpretation and evaluation in Niudong 101 well, conduct logging evaluation and well testing results in testing interval of Niudong 101 well, further get comprehensive evaluation of reservoir; based on theory deconvolution, and the theory is applied to the well test interpretation, and evaluation of test data interpretation techniques optimization.By the comprehensive analysis of well testing application in Niudong 1 well and Niudong 102 well, we can get that around the near-wellbore reservoir properties vary widely, obviously anisotropy, 19.90 m beyond apertures cave development. It is recommended to use multi-point testing or limit testing after well completion and obtain PVT data, to determine reservoir type and further verify the implementation of reservoir development features, hence provide more accurate evidence for future exploration and development.
