This paper provides a detailed analysis and study of the N1 poor reservoir polymer flooding test, it analyzes and evaluates polymer flooding mechanism, plan draft and application, as well as its oil driving effeciency. With the assistance of past five years of on-site tests, we performed a series of study and attempts of the well pattern and well spacing, injection parameters, oil recovery improvement, injection and production technology and production stimulation measure optimization of the poor reservoir. Additional, we acknowledged the adaptability of the 250 m well spacing to the poor reservoir, this plays a decissive role to polymer flooding target, stratum combination and reasonable well spacing of the poor reservoir after 2011. According to test result, we performed well pattern and study strategy adjustment in time, and established the current poor reservoir development target and stratum combination principles, we shorted the Zhongxin 201 station on-site well spacing for polymer flooding to 175 m, this test furtherly approves that a reasonable well spacing is the key for oil recovery improvement, and it provided a practical basis for industrialized polymer flooding practice in poor reservoir.
