Cluster well drilling technology, as a result of orbit design and close to the distance between the real drilling trajectory, therefore, both in the design of thoughtless crash-proof, or when the solid drill crash-proof control not in time, is likely to lead to the final is drilling into the adjoining well track, resulting in serious engineering accident. Therefore, cluster Wells crash-proof is a critical technical problem. Crash-proof scan is prevention in the process of drilling hole collision, on the basis of scientific decision-making. Until today in development of the technology, which has been formed based on the minimum radius of curvature method to calculate the single well trajectory parameters, combined with different scanning principle and recently developed distance scanning, the method of the surface distance scan and print range scanning method, etc.Selected according to different depth structure, reasonable crash-proof scanning calculation method, and application of scanning parameters crash-proof scanning software to map out the touch, which can determine the adjacent Wells contrast(well) and is drilling the shortest distance between well(target), to determine whether the risk of collision, and then make a reasonable preventive measures.In this article, a case study area in a cluster well trajectory design key parameter optimization methods, including selecting deflection, slope, track type, etc., and need to cross more than(or bypass) under the condition of adjacent Wells, the overall design method of orbit around obstacles. Research results: through optimizing the parameters change, realize the whole cluster well group from the initial well spacing, to construction, to the follow-up work, do big crash-proof work to a great extent, reduce risk, cluster Wells maximum effect into full play. According to projection drawing and profile design, optimization of key parameters, so as to realize the purpose of overall cluster Wells around the barrier.
